Dear Callum,
I am the one who should be thanking you for all the work that you have done, regarding Viktor Schauberger, and bringing his achievements, and the technology he offered, to light. I was absolutely fascinated by the work you have so far presented, and must say that your books on Schauberger offer the most comprehensive source of information yet made available. They are great books, thoroughly researched, and are exciting to read, as well. To date, compliments of Amazon.com, my website has placed orders for over 400 of your books, mostly the “Energy Revolution” book, with “Living Energies” trailing slightly behind.
To digress for just a moment, my company - International Turbine And Power, LLC – is a Research And Development company which designs and builds Tesla (Nikola Tesla) based products, which you can gain an overview from on the website(s) at either http://www.frank.germano.com/thecompany.htm or the corporate site at http://www.bladeless.com . Through examining the engineering data on the bladeless disk systems, I noticed something at the exhaust end of the units that could not be readily explained by “conventional” engineering physics. A vortex was being created at the exhaust which exhibited peculiar characteristics – namely, an imploding effect. Through experimentation, and a few rough calculations, it was determined that by altering the exhaust structure, the units were capable of delivering more output energy than could be expected. In essence, the imploding effect at the exhaust side could actually increase the potential efficiency of the entire unit. This was when I turned to the internet for information, and found (thankfully) your brilliant work on Viktor Schauberger. Simply put, your research on Schauberger, and your fascinating writing, upheld and confirmed what we were seeing in real life. Although the Tesla bladeless disk turbine (and pump) are not “true” vortex/implosion engines, the effects observed at the exhaust side are identical in principal to Schauberger’s engines – the power of the created exhaust-side vortex caused an implosion effect, which greatly enhanced the efficiency and performance of the entire engine. That brings us to the present date.
I must say that I am in awe of the work you have done, and each and every one of your books is a literary marvel. I have attempted to convey those very facts on my website, and have given credit where credit is due, namely to you – to Callum Coats. It is rewarding to me, personally, to see how many people are (now) becoming interested in Viktor Schauberger, and his life and accomplishments. As with Nikola Tesla, it is sad that they did not receive that notoriety during their lifetimes. I hope we can bring even more light in the present time to their work. We (myself and my company – ITP) have networked throughout the world with other scientists, engineers, inventors and companies, and have established a dominant industry presence as one of the leaders in designing operational bladeless disk systems…we hope to find the necessary funding to begin working on the Schauberger implosion-based engines in the near future, as well.
This is where you may be able to assist us. Through your writings and research (presented in your books) and via conversations with the likes of Eugene Sorokodum, PhD, of “Vortex Oscillation Technology, LTD” in Moscow, Russia (http://vortex.viptop.ru/ ),Jene-Louis Naudin (of JLN Labs - http://jnaudin.free.fr/html/repulsb.htm ), Professor Alfred Evert (of Evert Fluid-Technology - http://www.evert.de/eft00e.htm ) and James Bailey, we have now become convinced that this technology is commercially viable and can be made available in the immediate future. Alas, we need to acquire the funding before we can MAKE it commercially available to the general public. If you, through all of your contacts, have any ideas or sources for investment funding, please let me know. The web has become electrified with content on Viktor Schauberger, and that is due mainly to your incredible work, Mr. Coats. For that, I thank you personally.
Lastly, I looked over the archive records for my website, in reference to the pictures that you mention. I cannot locate the actual source, as they were sent to me by James Bailey, and we have lost contact with him (due to his fears that his family and other interested parties) for fear of his discoveries pertaining to the Repulsine models he has successfully demonstrated getting into the “wrong hands”. Apparently, he was threatened by certain people because of the working models, and the information being made public, that he has recorded over the last thirty-plus years of his research and does not want to be involved, further. He HAS, however, given me every detail of the construction of the Repulsine, itself, and I firmly believe we can re-create a working model of the Schauberger Repulsine, if funding was made available to International Turbine And Power. If I remember correctly, when he sent the images, he stated that they were taken by a military official, with Schauberger present, and that he had since past away. To give you a practical example of the information that James (Robert) Bailey gave me, he stated that by incorporating what he called a “Clapping-Plate-Compressor” at the intake stage (inside the unit – the inlet “hole” prior to the vortex generating section) of the Repulsine, a true, controllable unit could be created – one that would literally be capable of producing cold fusion. Those are some pretty big words, however, by building a small demonstration model, I think that he may be correct.
To drastically simplify the concept of his discovery – here is a basic model to describe his discovery – take a standard, clear soda bottle (a two litre bottle of Pepsi or Coke) and cut it in half…take the top section, with the mouth hole, discard the bottom section…take a piece of heavy cardboard, and cut out a section that will cover the (now cut open) section of the clear soda bottle’s “ open bottom section…in this piece of cardboard, make a circular hole cut-out smaller than the bottle’s mouth opening….take a wire (a coat hanger wire will be fine) and fashion a central shaft that will extend from the mouth of the bottle down through to approximately 1/10” above the cardboard piece on the bottom…at the end of this wire/central shaft, attach a round metal “plate” (take a can of soup and cut out the lid of the can – this will be your “plate”)…it also has metal “wavy-shaped-plates” similar in design to Schauberger’s “wavy plates” in the original Repulsine…the wire should now be holding this “wavy-plate” attached to the wire, itself, firmly over the hole in the bottom piece of cardboard…seal the cardboard to the bottom of the bottle with silicone glue…once a vacuum is applied to the bottle’s mouth, watch what the piece of metal can “plate” begins to do!!! As air tries to come into the bottle via the open hole in the bottom, the “wavy plate” starts to attempt to admit the air (it tries to lift and open to admit air), however, since the wire is holding it down, the plate begins to vibrate…this “clapping-plate-compressor” is being acted on, and by the air moving around it’s periphery (via Bernoulli principle), it is establishing a adiabatic action inside the bottle – the air in the bottle is cold, the air rushing around the periphery is heated and then instantly chilled…an implosion effect (in this simple model) is being established. Most of the information he gave me appears on http://www.frank.germano.com/viktorschauberger3.htm toward the bottom of the page in the “Repulsine – how to build it” section. From your research and knowledge, you know where this is headed. The darn little model sets up a working, endothermic, adiabatic reaction. That simple can-lid plate begins to get intensely HOT, and then the air instantly is cooled, as is the air inside of the soda bottle, itself. Implosion?! Unfortunately, the walls of the plastic soda bottle will begin to collapse due to the pressure before any real measurements could be attained, other than the (observed) reactions. In a REAL model, however, the results might be simply astounding, resembling I would imagine, what the actual Repulsine would act like.
That is a very over-simplified example of what Bailey gave me, information wise. I apologize for the long-winded response to your question about the source of the pictures, Mr. Coats. In a very real way, scientifically, as well as personally, you have become a very special person to me. I can’t thank you enough for bringing Schauberger’s work to public light, as I am sure many others feel the same. If there is some way that we could continue this dialog, I would be most welcome. I would thoroughly enjoy working with you and (hopefully) bring Viktor Schauberger’s work, not only with the engines and inventions, but also the environmental discoveries and applications, further into the public’s realm of knowledge. I do believe that an “Energy Revolution” is at hand, and you are now at the center of that revolution.
Sincerely,
Frank Dominic Germano

Subject: Re Images on your website
Dear Frank Germano,
I recently visited your website and came across the attached images of the so-called `Repulsine`. Not being aware of their origins and to keep my personal Schauberger records up to date, I was wondering whether you could furnish me with any further data about them, namely: original source, date when taken, where taken, who took them. If you could throw any light on this I would be most interested.
I look forward to hearing from you soon and in the interim I would like to thank you very much for your kind remarks about and support of my work and books on Viktor Schauberger.
Yours sincerely,
Callum Coats
