Primate man discovered the flame. He began to use it by burning large quantities of the stored-up gravity of earth's resources as a _large percentage of fuel to obtain a small amount of heat._
Later he learned how to use the heat for power, but he still used a large amount of fuel to obtain a small amount of radiation for his power.
Industry now has giant furnaces burning vast quantities of fuel for a small amount of radiation which it can use, and a vast wastage which it cannot use.

Glad to help. You are asking the right kind of questions. Here is my best shot at answering them.

1) My book consistently refers to the radiant spike LEADING the pulse.

That is true. The high voltage transient that leads the pulse is a much purer form of radiant energy. This circuit actually feeds this pulse back to the first battery in opposition to the forward current.

February 2008, Peter Lindemann makes a public statement about the Rotoverter, stating that the RV's LC "reactive power" can be tapped, using methods discovered by Nikola Tesla.

A couple of websites will talk about the Bedini system using Bifilar coils. Coming at this from a 0 knowledge angle, I really needed to find out what this all was about. Here are a couple of mentions. What really struck me whilst reading up on John Bedini's Bifilar Coil setups in his schoolgirl battery energizer machines, was that when i did find information on the Bifilar Coil, it was a patent of Tesla's that I had printed out months and months ago, "Coil for Electro-magnets". But what does that mean, unless if it is quantified by a couple of writeups from various sites? here:

The Tesla patent had to do with, how Tesla wound his coils and the special method used. As I was saying, the power termed as"free energy" is radiant in nature, and reactive when in use by us. The inter circles have put all these "skeptics" to work in all the chat groups and before that they were "disrupters". These people have nothing good to say about anything. After my 35 years of experiments with the term "free energy" and "over unity machines". This is what it turns out to be "Reactive power" and that's it.
