Note on Moray:

According to Mr. Robert Staley, Hollywood, Moray first got the idea for his Radiant Energy device from his Telephone experience. Moray noted, several times while listening in on the lines, a rhythmic hum, which seemed to vary in loudness. It began with a loud note, the next of which was less, and soon on diminishing until it faded out in seven pulses. Having been, a Morman missionary; in his early manhood in the Near East, and having studied some of the ancient philosophies, Moray, put the two and two, together, and began looking for means to capture this very evident surge of power. Staley says Moray accomplished it through the use of an electrical valve, or tube, similar to radio tubes, only these are cold tubes, that is they have no electrically heated filiment which furnishes the means of the ion passage between elements making up the tube, In stead, Moray uses radio.-active materials which provide the 'carrying' means and which are adapted to the rythms of the energy sought. Moray's device, through proper relationships of 'capacitors' or electrical condensers, and 'inductances', or coils of insulated wire, is 'tuned to the frequency of the Radiant energy waves. Thus, they are captured, held, and transformed into a high frequency electricity which can be used to light ordinary incandescent bulbs, heat irons or other heating devices, but which will not run ordinary electric motors because of the high frequency of the current. Motors must bee especially constructed to run on this sort of current. There is some question as to how efficient such motors can be made. Moray was a studen of Tesla it; All Moray's work was done after Tesla's great experiments, ending in 1906, at Colorado Springs. Staley does not know whether Moray was ever an employee of Tesla's or not, nor does he know whether Moray may have been in close correspondence with Tesla at any time, or not. As far as this writer knows, no direct contact between Moray and Telsa has been established. However, I do know that Moray, In letters to me, has showed considerable interest in Tesla and Tesla's work, having indicnted there were several of Tesla's writings he (Moray) would be interested in procuring.

This account will endeavor to give a brief explanation of the Moray Radiant Energy device whereby it is possible to utilize the vast stores of energy of the universe without a prime mover, but through ionic oscillations.

Generating electricity without-burning fuels, atomic energy or using the sun's rays is not only possible - it's been done!

More than 40 years ago Dr. Thomas Henry Moray of Salt Lake City did it. He demonstrated on numerous- occasions that he could generate electric power from a natural source he called "radiant energy."

Par ahead of his time, Dr. Moray used a simple antenna, solid state electronic circuitry and specially designed cathode ray tubes to generate amazingly large amounts of useful electricity from a seemingly mystical source.

During the 1930's he demonstrated his invention on land, in the air and even under the water.to the sheer astonishment of engineers and scientists.

A striking feature, that anyone who starts to digress into unconventional research or the free energy area notes, is the immense amount of unstructured information. RADIANT ENERGY --- The term Moray has used to describe that source of energy coming from the cosmos to earth and radiating from the earth back from whence it came. This is the energy the Moray device captures and could be described as those particles of energy pervading all space. In the evolution of energy and the evolution of matter these particles of matter and energy (one and the same) manifest under certain conditions as pure energy and under others as pure matter. Radiant Energy from the cosmos, like radiant particles of matter, being composed of an infinitesimal quantity whose behaviors are described by mathematical equations similar to those used for describing electrical waves, keeping in mind to differentiate between wavelength and frequency. Radiant Energy is particles of energy, just as light is wavelengths and particles are comparable to the electron and magneton: a ring of negative electricity traveling in a vortex with the speed of light, streams of energy quanta, each quantum having energy and momentum where the electron revolves around the proton at a distance equal to the electron radius.

To summarize: Radiant Energy as herein used is that energy existing in the luminiferous medium of the universe, kinetic and exercised in wave transmission and rendered sensible by conversion of its energy into a detectable frequency. In the final analysis, Radiant Energy is a means of using the energy released by the fissionable reactions taking place in the stellar crucibles of the universe.

Here's my take on the similarities between the Tesla Turbine and the Schauberger Repulsine: Both are VERY similar in what is happening inside the units. In the Tesla Turbine, which, by the way, I have almost a decade of logged time in research and development, we have a spiraling vortex compression device. Adhesion and viscosity, naturally play a large part in how the turbine is driven. The singular problem with the Tesla Turbine is this: at start-up, it want to behave as if it were a Tesla Pump. Meaning, the central opening in the disk pack is "sucking" in air or fluid, and that sucking force must be overcome by the propelling fluid. This little tidbit of info always puzzled me, UNTIL, that is, when I started reading about Schauberger's Repulsine. Add to this the fact that, when the Tesla Turbine is run at internal temperatures high enough to cause the disks to become maliable (ie. above 1200 deg f.) they began to show definate similarities to Schauberger's wavy plates (in the Repulsine) - short of one difference - they scalloped like a clam shell.
