RotoVerter is:
A remarkable piece of energy saving engineering that can be applied readily to off-the-shelf components. Utilizes an AC motor - with a modest change in the wiring, a motor rated to run at 460 volts on 3-phase, at 20 - 30 amps, can be made to run on 120 volts single phase, and on a handful of amps (5 - 7 amps). This is done, by creating a virtual 3rd phase utilizing capacitance. By tuning the capacitance, the motor can be put into a self-semiresonant condition whereby the motor runs with extreme efficiency and is cool to the touch at full rated rpm. This is a PROVEN technological advance - which can be put into operation worldwide to help stem the energy shortages reported to be on the way globally.

This modified AC motor is referred to as the RotoVerter. Several first-hand who have replicated the device are seeing amazing results as the extra voltage circulating in the capacitor bank used to create the virtual third phase, can also be utilized to charge batteries as well and other loads. The beauty of being able to run these motors in this manner, is not only the tremendous energy savings, but provides one with the ability to go SOLAR as well.

This technology is ready to be utilized now. This is to AC what Bedini is to DC, and this information needs to be distributed throughout the world. You have the power to touch millions with this vitally needed information which has been given by Hector D. Perez Torres as OPEN-SOURCE to all. Good day. My name is Ashtweth (Glen Palise), I represent Panacea-BOCAF, a non-profit organization that was founded in order to support all engineers working with alternative and suppressed energy technologies. We aim to create a physical research & development center physically located in Australia that will be immune to the current political and commercial conditions which are preventing free-energy technologies from surfacing publicly. The function of the center is to encourage and advanced social reform by speeding up the implementation of these discoveries and inventions.

Here at Panacea-BOCAF, we do research and development projects into suppressed energy technologies, also we currently have over 200 registered engineers working with us, and on-going projects in open-sourced technologies. We also have available an online university (originally created by current Panacea-BOCAF member Patrick J. Kelly) for explaining simply what projects like the Rotoverter, Joe Cell, MRA, Floyd Sweet VTA, MEG etc are all about and how to better understand their inner workings - we are also working on adding more resources to our website for better dissemination of this type of knowledge and information.

One of the most important plans that we have is taking replicated, verified working, devices to the media in order to attract grants from philanthropic foundations for the creation of the Panacea-BOCAF center for research&developmen t, this project requires help and assistance now more than ever. Many people working in the free energy/alternative/ suppressed energy scene bemoan the lack of a center for proper, funded research&developmen t, everyone is going about it on their own instead of collaborating together in a publicly known site for alternative energy advancement. To do all of this above-board, and to disclose to the media (and to the public) working open-source alternative energy and overunity devices such as the Rotoverter technology - this is our main aim, and this is what we would like to talk about on your show - also showing you video footage of research that we have uncovered, and replicated.

We have recently finished a energy suppression media script, which also shows the rotoverter technology - which was disclosed in 1999 by Hector D. Perez Torres, publicly, opensource, and with off-the-shelf parts. The cost of replicating one of these devices depend simply on if you have access to motors, capacitors, wiring and other components or not. Even if you have nothing, and purchase everything new, it is much lower than a couple of thousand dollars - and anyone can scrounge some of the materials from junkyards or from garages. This device - which we have already replicated and used, and all the others we intend to replicate in the future, needs urgent public knowledge and support - otherwise alternative energy will keep on being bought-out, threatened, suppressed and killed off (we reference the cases of Stanley Meyer, Joe Cell, John Bedini, Viktor Schauberger, Nikola Tesla, Jim Lawson, Floyd Sweet VTA and many, many others when it comes to information suppression, fund-limiting or downright threats and out-buying). This is the reason why we here at Panacea-BOCAF created this script, to inform the general public.

Thus we would like to make this available to you, and are eagerly looking forward to your response. We are also working on disclosing the rotoverter and other devices in the australian tv, and any other media appointments that we can amass - we would like your help in further advancing knowledge about alternative and suppressed energy inventions, and since Rense already has a great history of working with John Bedini, Tom Bearden and others about their inventions, you might be very interested in what we have to say.

this is a mashup of articles that detail PaxScientific, and its CEO, Harman's quotes. obviously i started doing this because it has deep connections to what Viktor Schauberger was saying all along. seems there is a huge movement of Biomimicry, that is blissfully unaware of one of its predecessors, Schauberger - with his Comprehend&Copy method. at least back in 2005, PAX Scientific had nothing to say when asked about Viktor Schauberger.

(In vorticity dynamics, a 'vortex-tube' is also a surface in the fluid formed by all the vortex-lines passing through a given reducible closed curve drawn in the fluid - see George Batchelor's book, section 2.6)

The vortex tube, also known as the Ranque-Hilsch vortex tube, is a heat pump with no moving parts. Pressurized gas is injected into a specially designed chamber. The chamber's internal shape, combined with the pressure, accelerates the gas to a high rate of rotation (over 1,000,000 rpm). The gas is split into two streams, one giving kinetic energy to the other, and resulting in separate flows of hot and cold gases.

It has recently been suggested to me that credit for this article should be given to C. L. Stong who wrote most of the "Amateur Scientist" columns for "Scientific American" magazine. I had recieved it as a copy of a copy from a friend of a friend etc... One day a bunch of years ago when this thing called the "World Wide Web" got popular, I decided to make this website. It has become surprisingly popular.

I have never actually built one of these, myself. If anyone actually DOES build one based on this information, I'd certainly love to hear about it.

THE "HILSCH" VORTEX TUBE

With nothing more than a few pieces of plumbing and a source of compressed air, you can build a remarkably simple device for attaining moderately low temperatures. It separates high-energy molecules from those of low energy. George O. Smith, an engineer of Rumson, N. I., discusses its theory and construction

The 19th century British physicist James Clerk Maxwell made many deep contributions to physics, and among the most significant was his law of random distribution. Considering. the case of a closed box containing a gas, Maxwell started off by saying that the temperature of the gas was due to the motion of the individual gas molecules within the box. But since the box was standing still, it stood to reason that the summation of the velocity and direction of the individual gas molecules must come to zero.

In essence Maxwell's law of random distribution says that for every gas molecule headed east at 20 miles per hour, there must be another headed west at the same speed. Furthermore, if the heat of the gas indicates that the average velocity of the molecules is 20 miles per hour, the number of molecules moving slower than this speed must be equaled by the number of molecules moving faster.

After a serious analysis of the consequences of his law, Maxwell permitted himself a touch of humor. He suggested that there was a statistical probability that; at some time in the future, all the molecules in a box of gas or a glass of hot water might be moving in the same direction. This would cause the water to rise out of the glass. Next Maxwell suggested that a system of drawing both hot and cold water out of a single pipe might be devised if we could capture a small demon and train him to open and close a tiny valve. The demon would open the valve only when a fast molecule approached it, and close the valve against slow molecules. The water coming out of the valve would thus be hot. To produce a stream of cold water the demon would open the valve only for slow molecules.

Maxwell's demon would circumvent the law of thermodynamics which says in essence: "You can't get something for nothing." That is to say, one cannot separate cold water from hot without doing work. Thus when physicists heard that the Germans had developed a device which could achieve low temperatures by utilizing Maxwell's demon, they were intrigued, though obviously skeptical. One physicist investigated the matter at first hand for the U. S. Navy. He discovered that the device was most ingenious, though not quite as miraculous as had been rumored.
