"Solving" the Pollution Problem and Fallout From Japan by Joel Carlinsky

In the 1970s and 80s, Trevor Constable ``solved`` the pollution problem in Los Angeles. He made it all go out of the Los Angeles Basin into the desert. He told radio talk shows he had gotten rid of the pollution. He wrote articles about it in Borderlands magazine. He asked all his fans to write to the Los Angeles County Commissioners demanding they hire him to protect the city from pollution.

To begin this introduction I would like to thank the people who made this book possible. First, my wife Alison, who did an excellent review of LIVING WATER, which is probably the best book in english on Viktor Schauberger. Secondly, I wish to thank Borderland Sciences Research Associate Bodo Capeller for his great help in translating a series of articles on Schauberger from the German magazine "WELTE SPIRAL", or World Spiral. The readers of this book will be well served by their efforts.

This workshop came off quite well. Many of those in attendance came with ideas of their own to share and many good connections were made. After the end early on Sunday evening there were many satisfied people saying farewell.
