"Solving" the Pollution Problem and Fallout From Japan by Joel Carlinsky

In the 1970s and 80s, Trevor Constable ``solved`` the pollution problem in Los Angeles. He made it all go out of the Los Angeles Basin into the desert. He told radio talk shows he had gotten rid of the pollution. He wrote articles about it in Borderlands magazine. He asked all his fans to write to the Los Angeles County Commissioners demanding they hire him to protect the city from pollution.

Stephan Riess (1898-1985) was a Bavarian-born mining engineer and geologist who emigrated to the United States in 1923. While working in a deep mine in the 1930's, Riess was amazed, after a load of dynamite was set off, to see water gushing out of nowhere in such quantities that pumps installed to remove it at the rate of 25,000 gallons per minute could not make a dent in it.

In reply to Britain to switch off energy-guzzling light bulbs

It's not too little or too late. It's just right, and right on schedule and the New World Order wouldn't have it any other way. :-)

'We have these new super bulbs for you that use 1/5th of the energy of the old bulbs, last much longer and we'll even give you your first 4 for free.' Sounds too good to be true right? Well, when something sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

While it can be argued that these new 'energy-saving' bulbs use less energy than the regular bulbs we've all been using, they are far more complex to manufacture, and the process uses 10 times more energy than the manufacturing of regular bulbs.

Now that regular bulbs which we've all been using for decades are to soon be made illegal and you will be fined or arrested if caught using one, lets look at some more of the differences between the two.

Well for years, I've been able to go down to the shops and pick up at least 4 regular bulbs for £1 whereas these new CFL's cost me about £5 per bulb. That's 20 times more expensive. So for 1 'energy-saving' bulb which supposedly lasts 6 years I could instead get 20 regular bulbs which would last me at least 13 years. Looking at the box in front of me, it says right on the front it lasts '6 years' all big and bold. Then when I open the box, on the inside in tiny print it says 'based on 3 hours a day average.' Living in Scotland, I for one use my main bulbs (ie, the rooms I am in most often) more than 3 hours per day even in the summer when you need them less, nevermind in winter. So already they're telling me they're not going to last 6 years. Then you take into account the fact that in order for them to be most efficient, they have to be kept on, permanently, and if you use them like other bulbs and switch them on and off as you need them, it cuts the lifetime of the bulb. So even if you do use them 3 hours a day, they're not going to last 6 years. If you do keep them on all the time then yes, they will use less energy than your regular bulbs but since you are using them all the time it cancels out their supposed energy-saving and makes them use almost the same total energy.

Keskustelu Rouva Ingeborg Schaubergerin kanssa

Submitted by admin on

Rouva Schauberger on Walterin, Viktor Schaubergerin pojan, leski.

Schauberger-perheellä on pitkä traditio työskentelystä metsissä.

Walter sanoi "Auta luontoa, auta puita. Meillä on pakko olla paljon enemmän puita, enemmän metsiä. Metsien ensimmäisenä tehtävänä on tuottaa vettä. Mitä me voimme tehdä luonnon hyväksi, mitä me voimme tehdä puiden hyväksi, ja mitä voimme tehdä puustolle ja vedelle kokonaisuutena?"

He sanoivat, että meidän pitää katsoa sinne, mihin asiat keskittyvät, mikä on olennaisinta, mikä on tärkeintä kaikelle elämälle.

Chip Waste Tony on Euro Eco Trip

Submitted by admin on

A Scotsman is driving round the coast of Europe in an eco-friendly van that runs exclusively on waste vegetable oil.

Antony Berretti arrived in Gibraltar on Sunday as he completed the latest leg of his trip from the French port of Calais to Brindisi in southern Italy.
Mr Berretti has vowed not to spend a single Euro on fuel during his trek across Europe.
Instead he relies on the owners of restaurants and cafés to provide him with the contents of their pots and fryers at the end of a busy day in the kitchen.
He spent yesterday touring the Rock and persuading friendly local restaurateurs to hand over their used oil.
He is pictured above with Roy Walker, owner of Roy’s Cod Plaice in Casemates, collecting 30 litres of oil which will end up in the tanks of his converted Fiat Scudo 1.9 Turbo Diesel van.
Used oil is regarded under law as a waste product and restaurateurs normally have to pay to have it collected and properly disposed of.
“It’s not waste,” Mr Beretti said. “It’s a valuable resource.”
With this trip, Mr Beretti wants to generate awareness of practical, sustainable alternatives to fossil fuels.
Vegetable oil, he said, is ‘cleaner’ and cheaper than diesel, as some progressive countries have already discovered. In Germany, for example, drivers can even buy it from pumps in petrol stations.
And Mr Berretti insisted that such fuels are easy to use. He converted the van himself and built his own pressure filter – essential when using waste oils - using what he described as “garden shed technology”.
All the materials he used were re-cycled. Even the van itself was saved from a scrap yard.
So far, Mr Berretti has made good speed. He started his trip in Calais 13 days ago and expects to arrive in Italy in just a week’s time. Readers can follow his progress at http://www.macharsoft.co.uk/freefuel

Nikola Tesla "Lost" Manuscript? Not Verified as being authentic or not. Read it for yourself..

Submitted by esaruoho on
Hi all,

The introduction below explains the rest of the article, and I have made some comments at the end of the post. Apologies, I know I mentioned this a few weeks ago and some people had expressed interest in reading it. The author's introduction and postscript are done in italics to differentiate from the manuscript. So here you are, without further ado:

------------------------------------------------------------------

Introduction
This manuscript has been loaned to me by my acquaintance. During his stay in the USA he bought an old fire-helmet, which was on sale in the streets of New York. There was an old writing book inside this helmet, apparently used as a lining. The writing book had thin and partially burned covers producing the smell of mould. All its yellowing sheets were full of notes written in ink faded under the influence of time. In parts the ink has lost its color to such a degree that some of the letters can only be guessed at on the yellowed paper. In other places, large parts of the text have been completely spoiled by water, having been transformed into white ink stains. In addition, all the sheets have been burned on the edges and as a result some words are irretrievably lost.

Jane Cobbald: Conversation with Frau Ingeborg Schauberger

http://www.implementations.co.uk/ the original is here

Walter said help "Nature, help the trees. We have to have many more trees, more woodland. The first task for the woodland is to bring the water into existence."

Frau Schauberger is the widow of Walter, Viktor Schauberger’s son. She still lives in the family home in Bad Ischl, upper Austria. Each time I saw her she was wearing the traditional Austrian clothes, the close fitting tailored jacket and a dirndl skirt. Although she is less than five feet tall, she has a powerful presence and shows a sharp intelligence. She speaks some English, more than my German, so our conversation was mainly in English. She was concerned that she would not be able to express herself well in English, so at each meeting we had an interpreter sitting with us. At the time of our conversation, she was 89 years old.

Nikola Tesla's Earthquake Machine

Submitted by admin on

http://www.excludedmiddle.com/earthquake.htm
"...He constructed a simple device consisting of a piston suspended in a cylinder, which bypassed the necessity of a camshaft driven by a rotating power source, such as a gasoline or steam engine. In this way, he hoped to overcome loss of power through friction produced by the old system. This small device also enabled Tesla to try out his experiments in resonance. Every substance has a resonant frequency which is demonstrated by the principle of sympathetic vibration&endash;the most obvious example is the wine glass shattered by an opera singer (or a tape recording for you couch potatoes.) If this frequency is matched and amplified, any material may be literally shaken to pieces.
