Jarboe seemed to be in his element this past weekend, trolling around in casual clothes with tools, covered in sawdust, and sweating in the hot sun as he and many others showcased what they are hoping will be the future of energy in the US. "This is what I do," he said. "When people want to find me as a country commissioner, they can come here and find me building something."
