Hook 3ph AC motor up to its HV 460V circuit. this will be shown on its label.

This First part is a bit technical but very informative and highly worth listening to. unfortunately there is no video available and the slides he is referring to will have to remain in your imagination. Full audio version available on torrent - video yet to be found

Here is the revised sinewave peak circuit where now the transformer is in series from Line 3 on RV motor instead of paralell across the run cap.
