February 22, 1996 - The Sun Weekly (Australian paper) on John Searl

THE SUN WEEKLY (Australian paper) Date - Thursday Feb 22 1996 Recent UFO sightings in the area "are quite possibly the work of government and military intelligence organisations" which are testing technologies that have been kept secret for more than 50 years.

The startling claims have been made by a Kincumber engineer who once worked with an English-based professor who invented an energy source in the 1940s.

One of the greatest energies in the universe is the force of gravitation. The power potential of this force exceeds atomic energy and produces no deadly gamma rays in the process. During this century, Thomas Townsend Brown probably came closest to tapping the potential of this free and boundless energy. Brown realized early on that mankind's use of power in jet- and rocket-propelled vehicles is a "sledge and hammer" approach to gaining high-speed, high-altitude flight. Engineers have increased vehicle thrust significantly, but the gain in speed and power is marginal when compared to the energy expended. Is brute rocket force the best way to reach the stars? Brown didn't think so (

Sometimes the natural world itself can inspire a forward-thinking scientist to push the boundaries of known scientific theories. Such was the case with Viktor Schauberger, an Austrian forester/visionary born in the late 19th century. Schauberger studied the properties of what he called, "life-enhancing energy," which manifests itself in water or air as vortices. Nearly 100 years ago, Schauberger warned, "Prevailing technology uses the wrong forms of motion. It is based on entropy - on motions which nature uses to break down and scatter materials. However, Nature uses a different type of motion for creating order and new growth. The prevailing explosion-based technology - fuel burning and atom splitting - fills the world with expanding, heat-generating centrifugal motion."

Chas Campbell clean free power

Two videos on Chas Campbell, an Australian invertor hailing from Brisbane. First one is from the Australian national TV.
TV video description: The machine consists of a series of weighted wheels of various size which are all driven by an 800Watt electric motor which in turn drives a 3,500Watt alternator. From this, the machine produces enough energy to drive a 2,500Watts circular saw, a drill, a variety of lights and a fan.
Mr. Campbell says, "I can make one of these machines that will produce up to 1,000KVA, which is 1MW of electricity and probably use 50HP to do it." (50HP X 760 = 38,000Watts).

The second one was sent to Panacea-BOCAF and they promptly put it online. The description of the CD that Mr. Campbell sent to a Brisbane representative of Panacea-BOCAF follows:
"...This is a copy of the CD Chas sent to Government and certain members of the community Chas respected. This Video Proves that a Perpetual motion is possible, and that Chas has Harnessed the principle into a clean free energy device. This CD has not be recognized by the government bodies or by Chas's respected peers. Chas is seeking Grants from philanthropic foundations and still wishes to give his device away. for more information and an opportunity to help Chas please visit http://www.panacea-bocaf.org/RandDprinciples.htm and http://www.panacea-bocaf.org/HowtheywentWrong.htm andhttp://www.panacea-bocaf.org/ChasCampbell.htm.
What can be said about the Chas Campbell generator is this: It has relations to a Gravity Flywheel. Whether or not this will affect the rotation of the Earth is yet to be seen. Some claim that it would have drastic effects!

Dr. T.J.J. See

From Kelly's book
T.J.J. See Gravitational Theory 1930's
The scientific work of T.J.J. See of the 1930's has been largely unknown and/or ignored by the scientific community for all the years since its first introduction.

It has been said that See had the unfortunate tendency "to come on too strongly" with his theories which was usually interpreted by his astronomer colleagues as being "arrogant egotism" rather than "studied conviction" which it apparently was.

See published a series of seven manuals (a total of about 4000 pages) on his extensive R & D into the understanding of the gravitational riddle. See's technical work, and in particular his wave theory of gravitation was quite competent and is now generally viewed by many as providing a sound basis toward an eventually accepted unified field theory.

The basis for See's wave theory is that Pi () is an infinite oscillating series leading to an expanded theory of curvilinear motion. The oscillationg series correspond to dynamic impulses, ie: physical waves in the ether, as postulated by Huyghens and Newton for the curvilinear motions of the stars observed in the immensity of space.

According to See, gravitational, magnetic and electrostatic fields are presented as longitudinal/compression waves in the ether, of widely divergent wave lengths. These various wave forms are of proportionate magnitude to the distances over which they operate.

See's anti-gravity theory explains how a rotating body effects gravity, as was vividly demonstrated by John Searl, and Otis Carr in their anti-gravity experiments. According to this theory, when a symmetrical metallic body is rotated at a critical speed, the surrounding ether is set in motion which produces an ether vacuum, which prevents the transmission of gravitational forces to the rotating body.

The well-known psychic, Edgar Cayce identified T. J. J. See "as a scientist with a sound theory to the solution to the riddle of gravitation".

Second Law of Thermodynamics invalid in a repetitive cyclic wave universe (Walter Russell, Viktor Schauberger, Karl Schappeller)

    Submitted by esaruoho on
In 1960 Walter Russell drew this painting on his studies of the second law of thermodynamics. in the painting, he writes:
The Second Law of Thermodynamics is Invalid in a Repetitive Cyclic Wave Univers of Equally Interchanging Effect.
    Heat Radiates into Cold
    Cold Regenerates into Heat

The Heartbeat of the Universe is Continuous.
